LACY DESIGNER DESSERT

This exquisite dessert was made for a small dinner party this summer.  It was a real challenge working with chocolate when it is 115 degrees outside.  Thank goodness for air conditioning and three refrigerators.

The description of this dessert is:

Milk Chocolate Mousse, 70% Valrhona  Chocolate Creme Brule, Salted Caramel, Praline Krispie, Encased in a lacy chocolate shell, garnished with streusel and dried raspberries.

You cannot believe how yummy this dessert is.  It is creamy, chocolaty, crunchy, and salty all wrapped up into one package.
It took a lot of time to execute it but it was well worth it.

CHOCOLATE & BANANA BAVARIAN

This dessert is chocolate cake, Chocolate Mousse and Banana Bavarian. Wrapped in a chocolate heart transfer sheet. Edible rose petals garnish.
