I have been making lots of peanut brittle. 99 pounds of it to be exact for a
Halloween order and here are pictures of the way I am packaging it this year. If anyone else wants some just respond to this post or send me an e-mail at
pastrypam@hotmail.com and I will be happy to make some for you too.

My goodness, 99 pounds! The packaging is delightful. Have you ever had peanut brittle melted on a bowl of tapioca pudding? It sounds peculiar but is quite good.
omg - isn't that jusst the bee's knees?! I'll bet they really loved the peanut brittle [I can attest! as well as the fantastic wrapping!
I love the packaging. I would have loved to see the peanut brittle. I'm sure it was yummy!
Vicki - I have never had melted peanut brittle on anything. I did pulverize it once, then baked it to make a tuile cookie that could hold ice cream.
Sorceress' - Yes, you know how much they loved it. Believe it or not it was sent to dentist's offices as a gift from a periodontist.
Divine - Thank you, I liked seeing all 30 baskets on my kitchen work island. It was a lot of work but so much fun.
