I just returned from the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco and while I was there I had a chance to visit with Duff from the television show The Ace of Cakes. He was super nice and had a beautiful display of all of his new products. A couple of his assistants were working on cakes for demonstration purposes. The work they do is truly amazing!!

How fun! My brother in law has been trying to get my husband and I to go this for years. Should have listened to him!
