This is a 12" coconut birthday cake.  The cake is a chiffon cake and the filling is a coconut pastry cream with toasted coconut.  It is frosted with swiss meringue buttercream and covered with sweetened shredded coconut.  It was for a group of people, several of which were having birthday's.  The flowers are pesticide free roses from my garden.

I got a note from the woman that ordered the cake:

"The Coconut cake 🎂 was so good!! Everyone was raving, especially my husband Jimmy!!Thank you so much Pam"
