POST VALENTINE

This plated dessert was done for the Valentine dinner at Cooking With Class.  It was a Hazelnut Crunch Heart Shaped Cake, Chocolate Ganache Truffles and Fortune Cookies.  All handmade by Sugar Chef.




These are Red Velvet Cake Pops that I did for
Valentine day too.  I also demonstrated how to make them at the Palm Desert Library for the Chef's at the Library series.
