This Pink Ruffle Cake was made for a very special lady on her birthday.  I have made many cakes, desserts, candies, and her favorite peanut brittle for many years.
The flavor was Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Filling.
This is what she wrote to me after the party:
Pam dear – without a doubt – the birthday cake you did for the party Jerry and Chuck gave me was THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CAKE I’ve ever seen.  YOU are truly a pastry genius.  Thank you so much for this exquisite creation.
