PORTION CONTROL USING ICE CREAM SCOOP

 My grand niece came over to help me bake some chocolate whoopie pies. We had the best time and she was a delightful addition to my kitchen.
I sent her home with a whole box of whoopie pies and a new pair of shoes.  We had to do a little shopping after all that baking!!
I'm looking forward to her next kitchen visit.
